How much does a custom build cost?
Our labor fee for a custom build is $50. You buy the parts yourself from the list we recommend, so the total depends on the parts you choose. See all our prices on the Services & Pricing page.
How long does a build take?
Most builds take 2 to 4 business days once we have all of your parts.
What happens if a part I ordered arrives broken?
Parts you order are between you and the store or distributor you bought them from until they're in our hands. If a part shows up damaged, return or exchange it with the seller, then bring us the replacement.
Can I bring parts I already own?
Yes. You're welcome to bring parts you already have, as long as you bring every part needed for the build, upgrade or repair.
We can't hold parts while you wait on the rest, so please drop everything off together.
Do you warranty your work?
Custom builds can be covered by a warranty on our labor for 6 months to a year. Ask us about the options when you book your build.
Repairs and upgrades don't come with a warranty.
Do you ship or come to me?
We work on a drop-off and pick-up basis. Bring your PC or parts to us, and we'll let you know when it's ready to pick up.
How can I pay?
We take cash, Venmo, Apple Pay and PayPal.
